David Reynolds returns today to the Destin Charity Wine Auction to work his magic. He charms, cajoles, and entertains with spontaneous one-liners. What began as a lark 30 years ago has now grown into a nationally esteemed San Francisco firm. Reynolds & Buckley annually raises millions of dollars for charities with a client list that includes over 120 organizations. Among these are the Sun Valley Wine Auction, V Foundation Wine Celebration, Portland's Classic Wines Auction, the New York Gold Coast Wine Auction, and the Auction of Washington Wines. Many of David's events are regularly listed in the Wine Spectator's Top 10 charity auctions.
Unique in a niche of his own creation, his focus is solely on fundraising auctions. Every week, he works on behalf of health care and research, arts groups, museums, orchestras, children's charities, and educational institutions. Despite his love of the grape, his events are not limited to wine fundraisers. He also lifts his gavel to offer fine art, travel, dining, sports, and extraordinary lifestyle experiences.
